Warnings for Updating to a Compatible Firmware Version

- Make sure to follow the “Device Update Sequence Requirements” and the device combinations, compatible firmware version and update method requirements in the “Device Update Method List” to perform the firmware update to avoid the situation where the device is permanently unusable.
- When using the DJI Assistant 2 (abbreviated as DA2) to update the firmware, make sure to download the DJI Assistant 2 (Enterprise Series) of v2.1.9 or above from the DJI official website.
- The “Compatible Firmware Version” in this document refers to the version to be updated, and the “Update Method” refers to the method that must be used to update the devices to the corresponding compatible firmware version.
- Hereinafter, M300 RTK and M350 RTK aircraft will be abbreviated as M300 RTK and M350 RTK, DJI Smart Controller Enterprise will be abbreviated as Smart Controller, the Intelligent Battery Station will be abbreviated as Battery Station, and the Intelligent Flight Battery will be abbreviated as Battery.
- After the aircraft, remote controller, DJI payload, battery station, and battery have been updated to a compatible firmware version or above using this guide, the users can read the M350 RTK and M300 RTK Accessory Compatibility List for combination and use, and the further firmware update method will not be limited by the update method described in this guide.

- The aircraft and the remote controller must be updated to a compatible firmware version before using them together.
- When updating, the batteries installed onto the aircraft need to be a pair of TB65 or TB60. DO NOT use TB65 and TB60 together.
- The aircraft of M300 RTK + RC Plus combination must use the DA2 Offline Update for the first time to update, read DA2 Offline Update Steps to perform the firmware update. After the compatible firmware update is completed, the further update of the M300 RTK + RC Plus combination can be updated using App Update All / App Offline Update / DA2 Firmware Update.
- After the M300 RTK is updated to a compatible firmware version that supports RC Plus, it cannot be linked or used with a Smart Controller. Once the Smart Controller needs to be used again, the user must use the DA2 Offline Update method to update the M300 RTK firmware to v07.00.01.00 version.
DJI Payload
When installing a DJI payload to the aircraft of an aircraft and remote controller combination, make sure to use the update method for the corresponding combination when updating to a compatible firmware version. After the compatible firmware update is completed, the DJI payload can be updated with any combination of the aircraft and remote controller using App Update All or SD Card Update.

- When updating the gimbal cameras (such as H20, H20T, H20N, P1, and L1) to compatible firmware versions, make sure to get the offline firmware package from the Download page of the corresponding gimbal camera on the DJI official website, and update the gimbal camera using the SD Card Update method by reading the corresponding user manual.
- After Skyport V2 or X-Port are updated to a compatible version, the further update can be performed with the M350 RTK and RC Plus combination.
Battery
In addition to the update methods in the table below, the battery is also supported to be installed in the aircraft for consistent firmware updates. DO NOT use the TB65 and the TB60 together in the aircraft.

- The TB65 battery can only be used when the firmware of the M300 RTK is v07.00.01.00 or above. Otherwise, there will be flight safety risks.
Battery Station
RC Plus needs to be updated to v01.02.04.40 before supporting to update the firmware for the BS65 and the BS60. Make sure to update the RC Plus firmware first to avoid the situation where the battery station is permanently unusable.

- When updating the BS60 to a compatible firmware version, DO NOT insert TB65 batteries into the battery station. Only after being updated to v07.00.00.01, the BS60 can support the charging and updating of the TB65 batteries.
DA2 Offline Update Steps
- Go to the official DJI website of M300 RTK (https://enterprise.dji.com/matrice-300/downloads), and download the aircraft offline firmware package of v57.00.01.00.
- Connect the aircraft to a computer separately, as the DJI Assistant 2 does not support updating multiple DJI devices at the same time.
- Make sure the computer is connected to the internet and the DJI device is powered on with a battery level higher than 25%.
- Launch DJI Assistant 2 of v2.1.9 and log in with a DJI account. (M300 RTK does not support the Mac version, a computer with Windows system is required)
- Click the Offline Update button on the left side.
- Select the offline firmware package with the correct version downloaded in Step 1 and click to update. The firmware will be updated automatically.
- When the Update successful prompt appears, the update is completed.
- After updating, power on the DJI RC Plus remote controller, run DJI Pilot 2, and tap on the homepage to select MATRICE 300 RTK to link the remote controller to M300 RTK.
- After linking, go to the upper left corner of the DJI Pilot 2 homepage, tap Data and Privacy > Clear DJI Device Log > Select Device > Select the aircraft (DO NOT select the remote controller) > Confirm that the aircraft is selected, and then Clear Selected Device Data. After clearing data, RC Plus can be used with M300 RTK.
