Safety Information

• Install on a level, sturdy surface (reinforced wood, metal, or brick).
• Steer clear of weak materials that could be forced open or hollow doors.
• After setup, change the default combination right away.

How to Use

• Put the keys inside.
• Attach keys to the internal key ring using hooks.
• Make that the locking mechanism is not obstructed by the keys.
• To lock, close the box and jumble the dials.
• Open When Necessary Select your 4-digit code by turning the dials.
• To open, pull down the latch.

• Verify the Lock: Verify that the lock box is completely closed and locked before putting keys or valuables inside. Make sure the combination dial is set correctly by checking it again.
• Keep Dry: Although the ENONEO CH-911 can withstand harsh weather, stay away from prolonged exposure to it. Dry the lock box completely if it gets wet to avoid internal rust or damage.
• Regular Inspection: Periodically check the lock box for any signs of damage or wear. Ensure the lock mechanism functions smoothly, and replace the lock box if it shows signs of malfunction or damage.
• Emergency Access: Keep a backup of your combination in a safe location in case you forget it. Do not write the combination on or near the lock box.

How To Set Your New Password

• Step 1: Enter the initial password 0-0-0-0, move the switch downward, and then pull the switch outward to open the key box.
  

• Step 2: Move the switch up again and push the metal rod from position A to position B.

• Step 3: Scroll the numbers to set a new password, please ensure that each number is aligned with the password line!
  

• Step 4: After confirming the new password, push the metal rod from position B to position A.
  

• Step 5: Enter your new password. If the switch can be toggled, the password setting is complete. Otherwise, please try again according to the above steps.

Suggestions for Security

• Steer clear of clear codes (like “1234”).
• Attach firmly to a fixed surface using the provided screws.
• Stay out of sight (for example, behind a fence or gutter).

Troubleshooting

• Is the Code Not Working?
  • Make sure the dial is fully rotated to each number.
  • Use a dry brush to clean the dial mechanism because dust and dirt might cause interference. Reset the code by following the directions in the manual.
• Unable to Open the Lock Box?
  • Check for jammed bolts by gently wriggling the shackle while turning the dial.
  • If the dial is stiff, use graphite lubricant rather than oil.
• Is it corrosion or rust?
  • If the damage is serious, replace the lock box (rusted parts may fail) and wipe the metal parts with a dry cloth and silicone spray.
• Why Won’t Shackle Release?
  • Make sure the dial is perfectly aligned at the final digit. Lightly tap the box’s side to release any trapped internal mechanisms.
• Can’t Remember the Code?
  • For a reset, get in touch with ENONEO support and provide proof of purchase. If there isn’t a backup, a locksmith could have to drill it open.
