INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing the Electrical Power Converter from AstroAl. The AstroAl Electrical Power Converter is designed to convert standard 100-240V AC to 12V DC to easily adapt devices for use in the home. This manual provides all safety information, operation instructions,  specifications, and maintenance for the Converter. WARNING

• Do not expose the converter to moisture, rain, or snow.
• Do not operate the converter if it has any damage to the cord or casing.
• Do not disassemble the converter. Incorrect reassembly may result in shock or fire hazards.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the converter before attempting any maintenance or cleaning.
• Do not use this converter in any application outside of its intended use.
• Only use this converter using standard 100-240V AC electrical outlets. Any attempt to overload the device may result in injury or damage to the device.

SIZE DESCRIPTION

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Plug the AC power cord into the AC socket before connected to the outlet.
• Plug the AC power cord into the outlet. The LED light will turn on.
• Plug the cigarette lighter connector of your unit into the cigarette lighter socket, then turn on the converter.
• After using, unplug the AC cord from the outlet first. Then disconnect the cigarette lighter connector. Keep the device in a dry environment with the dust-proof plug covered.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Not working

• Check the LED light. If it is off, make sure the cord is tightly plugged into the outlet.
• Make sure the AC cord is tightly plugged into the AC socket.
• Make sure the cigarette lighter is Connected well.

Very hot

• Do not use it when fully loaded for a long time.
• Do not use it in a hot environment.
• Avoid direct sunlight.
• Check if the power of the unit connected is over 72W.

Working condition

• Range of voltage: AC 100V ~240V.
• The power of the unit connected with the DC output must not exceed 72W.

Charging

• Cannot be used as a charger. Do not use it to charge any rechargeable unit or battery.

Safety issues

• Do not use this device under conditions of over-voltage, shortage, over-current, overload, etc.
• Do not disassemble or refit this device.
